Rotterdam is always striving for a brighter future! Proof of this is the skyscrapers, the epitome of scientific thought, and the phenomenal leap which the city has made in the past 70 years. But apart from large-scale projects, Rotterdam has a hidden side that is equally interesting: Rotterdam's street art has a life of its own. But if you peek under the curtain, you'll realize how much more there is to see. Rotterdam is full of street art. From classic graffiti to street installations, from huge murals to tiny mosaics, Rotterdam has it all. Not only is there room for faceless hooligans, but also "the great and terrible" Picasso. Street art is a terrific storyteller, and it will present us with the most amazing, touching, and fascinating stories that no one else knows about.
