The adventure starts by driving across the center of the island, which unites the city (Hora) of Mykonos with the village of Ano Mera. There we will arrive at the Mykonian Farm, and we will be greeted by the farm’s superintendent, who will guide us through the territory for a tour of its premises. We will then be taken to a specially arranged sitting area, where the farm’s sommelier will introduce the tasting of three prestigious local wines, through which we will not only learn basic tasting techniques but also uncork and savor Greece’s most distinct blends. Right after, the cooking demonstration of some of Greece’s most traditional dishes will begin, during which guests will learn to make two famous Greek dishes. Depending on the number of participants, the guests will take turns helping the host with the preparation of the meal.
