First, we will give you a brief lecture on SUP or Kayak (i.e. names of equipments used and how to handle them). Of course, a lecture will be given on how to ride SUP or Kayak. A local guide will take you on a trip around Menuma. There will be spots where fishes live, as well as surreal spots surrounded by trees. For those who are interested in hisotry, stories of Menuma will be told as well! Throughout the trip, photos will be taken by the guide. After the cruise is over, you will have free time to do whatever you like! Whether you rest, race against other participants, or engage in SUP sumo is totally up to you.
