*Due to hot weather during summer time, activity starting time moves to 17:00 (5pm) from 1 July to 31 Aug Plaster sculpture can be found everywhere around old medina in Morocco but not many workshops about learning traditional plaster carving skill exist. In this workshop, you are guided by a certified plaster sculptor to make your own art piece. You are able learn the history and carving skills. Each of you are guaranteed to take one self-chosen art piece made by our carving teachers to home.

According to your time availability, we will pick you from your hotel or riad straight to the Mellah (jewish quarter). You will visit the jewish cemetery and synagogue and enjoy the moorish architecture of the 14 century. Keep walking to the famous bronze and tiles decorated gates of the 14century royal palace. We continue through Fez el jadid and the andalusian gardens. Then, we drive to the Southern Borj for a gorgeous panoramic view of the medina and the whole city Fez. Later we continue the drive to the pottery and ceramic quarter where you can see the complicated work of mosaique. We continue our 15 km rampart to the Southern Borj (forteresse). You can continue the visit inside the medina or go back to the hotel if you have more days in Fez.
