We start the tour from our office at 1052 Budapest, Apáczai Csere János u. 12 - 14. (Hotel Intercontinental) We drive to the Castle District where we show you the main attractions of the area (Matthias Church, Fishermen’s Bastion - from where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama) and we have a short walk. We cross the river to the Pest side on Elizabeth bridge to go along river Danube, then Andrássy Avenue (UNESCO World Heritage Site), featuring buildings such as the Opera House and the House of Terror. Then we turn to Heroes’ Square (statues of the most famous Hungarian kings and freedom fighters). In the City Park we pass thermal spa Széchenyi and the Budapest Zoo. Returning to the center we show you St Stephen’s Basilica. The tour ends at Hotel Intercontinental, from there you can have a 5 minutes riverside walk to Dock no.6 Vigadó square (MAHART) boat station. Take our one-hour long river cruise and enjoy the nicest view the city can offer you.
