This is the only place in Alaska where you can mush your own team of dogs in the summer! This is not a just a tour kennel; it is the training grounds and homestead of 4-time Iditarod champion, Dallas Seavey. All the dogs are either retired racing dogs (many have won the Iditarod), are currently on the race team, or are the next generation in training to become the next great champions! Our dogs are active and training year-round. As a guest musher here, you become part of Dallas Seavey Racing's year-round training program. The group size for this experience is usually 6 or less people, with a guide assigned to each group, creating a very personal experience. All of our dogs are extremely friendly, and love attention. Cuddle puppies, romp with young dogs, or walk with champions.

Very few individuals have ridden on a vessel that literally floats on a 20" pocket of air that makes beach landings from a marine environment. This 24' x 11' vessel is enclosed with sliding windows and a "Back to the Future" DeLorean-styled hatch door with plenty of cabin space. Tours are kept to 6 people max to be more personable with the captain and crew giving the tours. The tour will never be the same 2x! Explore the braided glacial outwash planes while searching for wildlife and adventure! The Scenery is incredibly breathtaking with narrations about glaciology, geomorphology, and local ecology.
