We've spend ample time in Ladakh eating with the locals of the region and following narratives of the lost ingredients of Ladakh, has curated a very special tasting menu as eulogy to their travels by giving the local ingredients center stage. Chef's Tasting is a seven course meal experience. Our chef's tasting menu consists of 7 courses. Amuse bouche | Soup | Pre entreé | Entreé | Palate Cleanser | Main | Dessert.
