In this experience, from The fabulous outdoor terrace on the sea wall of La Paz, you will learn how the "Baja" style tacos are really made, experimenting from buying the fish or shrimp at a local market to making their sauces and dressings. You will also be taught to prepare the traditional Margaritas and Mezcalitos, as well as the Pacña drink "Double Canala". You will go home with recipes made as a souvenir so you can learn to cook with a real Mexican.

La Paz Sea Food is outstanding in quality and freshness. It is simply delicious! In this 2.5 hour food tour you will visit 3 to 4 venues to taste seasonal sea products like famous chocolata clams, pacific oysters, ceviche, tuna sashimi, scallops and shrimp. Subject to availability. During summer (Jun-Sept) we highly recommend to ask for the optional bicycle tour.

We are the Mexican Spirits Club, a group of friends who share a deep passion for spirits that have been crafted in Mexico since ancient times. Our club is located in downtown La Paz, where we gather once or twice a week to indulge in tastings and pairings of unique craft spirits from various regions of the country. Our tastings include a variety of 6 certified Mexican spirits with designation of origin, such as tequila, mezcal, Sotol, raicilla, Bacanora, and Charanda, sourced from different states in Mexico. During each tasting session, we delve into discussions about the production process, history, flavors, and techniques for identifying different notes in each spirit. By participating in our tastings, you will gain valuable insights on how to detect aromas and flavors, ultimately refining your palate and becoming an expert taster. We carry out our tastings and pairings in a small tequila club we have in the center of La Paz, where we usually meet once or twice a week to taste craft spirits from all over the country that you will not find anywhere else in the city. We do tastings with different pairings accompanied with spirits such as tequila, mezcal, damiana, Sotol, raicilla, etc from different states of Mexico such as Jalisco, Oaxaca, Guerrero, Chihuahua, Durango and Baja California Sur. In each tasting we talk and discuss the process of elaboration of the spirits, the history and the flavors of each one of them and how to collect the different flavors with the food of our country.
