All of the collecting points are in the quarry which has a fantastic landscape with a large lake in the middle. During the tour we will stop at four points and at every one of them will be given information about the genesis, formation and shape of the minerals we could see and collect there. The different kind of minerals that could be seen and found there are: Goethite glass heads, Hematite, Limonite, Barite, Marble onyx, and calcite. Veliko Tarnovo is hands down the most beautiful and picturesque city in Bulgaria. Niš Fortress is a fortress in the city of Niš, Serbia. It is a complex and important cultural and historical monument. It rises on the right bank of the Nišava River, overlooking the area inhabited for longer than two millennia. It was protected by law in May 1948 as it was declared a cultural site of great significance. The current condition of the fortress lists it as one of the best preserved fortifications of this kind in Serbia as well as on the Balkan Peninsula. The existing fortification is of Ottoman Turkish origin, dating from the first decades of the 18th century (1719–1723). It is well known as one of the most significant and best preserved monuments of this kind in the mid-Balkans. The Fortress was erected on the site of earlier fortifications – the ancient Roman, Byzantine, and later yet Medieval forts. During World War I it was occupied by Bulgarians who turned it into a prison where Serbian patriots were imprisoned and tortured.

The Seven Rila Lakes are a group of glacial lakes, situated in the northwestern Rila Mountain in Bulgaria. They are the most visited group of lakes in Bulgaria. The lakes are situated between 2081 m – 6827 ft) and (2535 m – 8316 ft) above sea level. Each lake carries a name associated with its most characteristic feature. -The highest one is called ‘Salzata’ (the Tear) due to its clear waters. -The next one in height carries the name ‘Okoto’ (the Eye) after its almost perfectly oval form. -Babreka (the Kidney) is the lake with the steepest shores of the entire group. -Bliznaka (the Twin) is the largest one by area. -Trilistnika (the Trefoil) has an irregular shape and low shores. -The shallowest lake is ‘Ribnoto Ezero’ (the Fish Lake) -The lowest one is ‘Dolnoto Ezero’ (the Lower Lake), where the waters that flow out of the other lakes are gathered to form the Dzherman River.
