On this special tour, we will travel out of Siem Reap to Preah Vihear temple in Preah Vihear province. Preah Vihear was built on the top of a 525-meter cliff between Cambodia and Thailand border. It gives the best view of forest and villages. After visiting Preah Vihear temple, we'll head over to Koh Ker temple group. The most famous temple in Koh Ker is Prasat Thom, a 30m-phyramid shape temple, standing high above the plain and the surrounding forest. Finally, we will go to Beng Mealea which mean Lotus Pond in English. The temple is believed to be the sister of Angkor Wat for its similar model. The temple is largely unrestored with big trees and thick brush growing on the top of the tower. When the tour has finished we'll drop you back to your hotel or any other location in Siem Reap town.

This tour without guide is a very intense version of the classic so-called "Small Tour" (with Angkor Wat and jungle temple), starting early (6.30am) for good reasons: 1. You will visit Angkor Wat twice, during best morning hours, allowing you to avoid the crowds, and at the end of the tour, allowing you to see it in the best sunshine. 2. You will visit five "hidden gems" as Extras, one of them being a picture-book "lost temple in the jungle". 3. You will enjoy a 3.5 km hike in Angkor Thom to lonesome sites. The private tour is with English-speaking driver only. You will visit each temple alone, while the driver is waiting at its car park. Lunch-break will be at the reservoir Srah Srang, where several good restaurants are available. Alternatively, the driver can drop you to another location, provided you agree to pay him for the extra kilometre. For each temple, you need a one- or multiple-day Angkor Ticket, which is not included in the tour costs.
