Leaving Seville, we will make our way through Andalusia and arrive at our first destination on the journey, Carmona. As you walk through the ancient streets taking in the buildings, most of which are painted a stark white. You will come to understand why this historical town is nicknamed ´´ The White Village´´. After our time in Carmona, we will move to Cordoba. This special place contains art, ancient streets, and history from a combination of cultures. The ancient mosque features extraordinary architecture that spans eight centuries. Cordoba also contains a jewish quarter that is home to the only synagogue in Andalusia. Walk through the Andalusian patios and take a chance to enjoy the local cuisine. When the time comes, we will board the shuttle and head back to Seville (return to Seville at approximately 19:00 hours).

A walk along the famous path of El Caminito del Rey. The route runs between the Guadalhorce-Guadalteba reservoir and the town of El Chorro. We will leave Seville to arrive two hours after our departure point at the Guadalhorce reservoir, located in the province of Malaga. From there we will start our walk parallel to the railway tracks where we will go through the gorges of the Gaitanes and the Gaitanejo. Its origin dates back to 1921 when King Alfonso XIII, after the inauguration of the Conde de Guadalhorce dam, crossed the previously built path. From this moment on it began to be called Caminito del Rey. After several years of disuse and deterioration due to lack of maintenance and control it became the most dangerous path in Europe causing numerous victims. We will leave in group with our guide to reach the entrance located near the town of Ardales in Malaga. Afterwards, we will take the opportunity to have lunch in a local restaurant before returning to Seville in the afternoon.

We will make a stop in the monumental town of Osuna. We will arrive in Ardales where you will have free time for lunch and then we will do the Caminito in the afternoon, returning to Seville in the evening. Osuna: One hour from the capital is this stately town declared a Historic-Artistic Site. We will see beautiful buildings built between the 16th & 19th century. Caminito del Rey: Once known as ´the most dangerous hike in the world´, this experience is one to excite your senses as you discover The Gorge Desfiladero de los Gaitanes. The Caminito del Rey has been fully renovated and is safe and ready to accommodate our small group on this amazing pathway.
