8:15 : Pick up at meeting point for the long trek of 5 kms 8:30: A short trek to Y Linh Ho then trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain then trek to Ta Van village - home of Dzay ethnic people. Trekking distance is about 9 kms and it lasts for 4 hours 11:30: Bus picks you up at Ta Van Bridge to Sapa Lunch time at local restaurant In the afternoon 14:30: A short walking to Cat Cat village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trekking down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station, short time for photo with bridge and the waterfall then you will trekking up hill to get back to Sapa with very beautiful scenery in the late afternoon. Can Cau is a busy weekly market held in Si Ma Cai District of Lao Cai in every Saturday. Located just mile from the border between Vietnam - China border, it take people a great effort to get there. Even though, this market attract thousands of people travel there to trade, to meet, and to look for love-mate. There are some groups of minority ethnic people gather at this market, like Red Hmong, Nung, Phu La and even Chinese people from across the border. All kinds of goods are traded here, from fabrics to various types of livestock to the powerful local corn wine. The Kinh (the majority group in Vietnam) far from the Red river Delta also come there for good buffaloes as it is the merchandise this market is most famous for. There will be a large section for buffalo trading alone, where you can find buffaloes from variety of type and size.
