We carry out our experience with a professional team, we will leave from Oaxaca City by bicycle, visit several places in 2 towns of Oaxaca. The first is 10 km from the city and is the warm town of Santa Maria El Tule where we will know the gastronomy market and we can make a traditional breakfast (option with Food), then visit the majestic millennial tree. The second place 6 km from the Tule is Santo Domingo Tomaltepec, we go to the village dam and if we have time we can know the house - workshop of a leather or leather craftsman and a traditional bread workshop. Note: Departure and return is by bicycle and from the office or space destined in the city center (35 km round on average). Experience in the use of the bicycle is necessary.

You will cut agave, taste cooked maguey, pack your own bottle and get to know our ripened mezcal cava. But the most amazing thing hardly comes, and it is our tasting of more than 12 different Mezcales. Any of you like it? We can try it again. Our experience is an educational tour to learn about the culture of mezcal and all the tradition that surrounds it. We will begin our trip starting from the center of the city of Oaxaca and we will visit the towns of Mitla and Matatlán. There we will take a walking tour through our majestic agave fields with thousands of specimens, where we will be able to learn more about this plant, as well as having enough time to do a couple of activities and of course the best photographs. Then we will continue to an artisan mezcal distillery to learn step by step, the entire artisan process of making our drink. At the end of the tour, we will have an unlimited tasting of different varieties of mezcal.
