This is a unique week of tours to mark what would have been Freddie Mercury's 80th birthday. We will visit many sites associated with Freddie from his family home in Feltham, to Garden Lodge where he lived and tragically died in 1991. I will tell many stories about Queen, one of the greatest rock bands in the world. We will visit several iconic sites, where the band lived, socialised recorded and played. I have been a Queen fan for over 50 years and count myself lucky to have seen them in concert in 1986. This is an all day tour to cover a swathe of Freddie and Queen related locations. I intend for us to have lunch at the Champion Pub where it is said Freddie wrote 'We are the Champions" (Incidentally I am sceptical about this) During our tour as we commemorate Freddie's life I will show you a number of clips of Freddie and the band performing. We will be using public transport. A good level of fitness and walking shoes are required for this epic Queen journey

Hi, I’m Stephen. My tours are personal - you will not be sharing with anyone else. I will be your driver and guide for the day - I will collect you in our luxury Land Rover Defender 130 - Britain’s answer to the Chevy Suburban. My aim is to give you all the background and history you need to enjoy the day. As it’s a private tour we can be flexible - if you want to stay longer or divert to see something else, no problem. I am new to Viator so I don’t have many reviews but i’ve been a guide for many years. You won’t be disappointed! We will travel to the ancient town of Tenterden, deep in the Kent countryside and off the beaten track. We can have lunch at Chartwell or an old pub. I love Chartwell - it has been left as though Churchill left just yesterday - a cigar still nestles in the ashtray in his office. The grounds are beautiful and we can visit his Studio, the Rose Garden and the Walled Garden. At the end of the day I will get you safely back to you hotel.
