On the way to Wadowice, we stop in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska - the Poland's largest Calvary sanctuary. Next you will go to Wadowice - "the place where it all began" as the Pope referred to his hometown in 1999 during his visit here. The house he was born (currently a great museum), basilica he was baptized and received his first communion, cake shop he was going to after school will bring the past times back and will make your experience long remembered. On return to Kraków we stop at the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy in Łagiewniki. In this developing place of worship and pilgrimage you can pay homage to the Divine Marcy Painting and to the holly relics of St. Faustyna Kowalska, who was canonized as the first saint of the Third Millennium by John Paul II, and admire the impressive modern basilica consecrated by the Pope in 2002.

„Winter capital of Poland“, as it is often called, is a place you must see with your own eyes! During winter it is a sports centre for all kind of sports, from skiing to snowboarding and many others. In summer it tempts with plenty of scenic trails both very easy, and really demanding. Less advanced hikers should first choose the trail to Morskie Oko- Sea Eye (available even for parents with strollers) or Hala Gąsienicowa. After tiring hikes, you can get some rest in the Krupowki Street – a short and this time gastronomic „trail” in the centre of Zakopane, to give you a taste of regional cuisine and souvenirs.
