I am a specialist in winemaking and wines and will be able to guide you through this activity providing you with an abundance amount of knowledge on the topic of winemaking and the technicalities of the process. I will also provide insight into the wine industry in Stellenbosch and South Africa as well as the history of wine in our region. Having been born and grown up in Stellenbosch I will provide information on our history, our culture, our languages and much more. You will have spent a day with a local South African, having gained a huge amount of knowledge as well as having had fun. The area is really pretty with its mountains, hills and vineyards. The area will spoil your senses to the limit.

We are flexible in changing up the day within boundaries, so that all our guests has the best experience possible. All guests will enjoy a relaxing and unforgettable day in the Cape Winelands. Join Jayson Augustyn-Clark for an insider's self guided audio tour of the history and architecture of Tulbagh's famously reconstructed Church Street. The tour takes you on a loop to the end of Church Street and back along the main road, stopping in at all four museums along the way. Jayson will catch you up on Tulbagh's Dutch and British periods of occupation, and go into the development and significance of Cape Dutch architecture with its iconic gable. The South African Unionists are covered too, along with the Afrikaner Nationalists. There will be opportunities to pause the tour so that you can take refreshments at one of the local restaurants or spend more time at one of the other sites. Crocodile cage diving is thrilling close encounter that includes a safety briefing and all diving equipment.
