Bardy’s Trail Rides offers a one‑of‑a‑kind horseback experience in Seward, Alaska, just minutes from the harbor, train depot, and cruise ship terminal. We’re easy to find—only two miles from the waterfront—yet our trails feel a world away, winding through lush rainforest, open grasslands, and along the shores of Resurrection Bay. Our goal is to keep rides small, personal, and story‑driven. With a maximum of six riders per tour, everyone can hear the guide’s stories about local wildlife, Alaska’s history, and the 1964 earthquake that reshaped Seward. No prior horse experience is needed; we welcome all levels and carefully match each rider with a suitable horse, including considerations for riders up to 275 lb.
