This private walking tour offers a fantastic overview of Prague’s right riverbank, including the Old Town, Jewish Quarter, and Charles Bridge. Prague was miraculously spared from destruction during the Second World War, which is why it’s often called an “open-air museum of architecture”. As you wander through winding medieval alleys and admire Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque palaces and churches, you’ll feel as though you’ve stepped back in time. If you have an extra day in Prague, we highly recommend exploring the left riverbank as well. You can find it on Viator - “Private Walking Tour of Prague Castle and Lesser Town (Left Riverbank)”. If you only have one day to see Prague’s major sights, we suggest exploring both riverbanks in a single day with our “Best of Prague Private Walking Tour (Left and Right Riverbank)”. All of our tours are private, so you set the pace and focus on what interests you most. Your guide will be happy to share personalized tips and recommendations.

During the Hidden Prague walking tour we will show you all the hidden gems of the old town and new town! The city of Prague was built from the medieval times and it is full of small and hidden passages, alleyways, pathways and beautiful little courtyard parks! The city was built long before urban planning was even a concept, making Prague a difficult city to navigate. Houses and buildings were built around churches and main sights leaving little or no room on the small cobblestone streets. They made up for this by building grandiose squares with elaborate architectural gems and in doing so they left little nooks and crannies all over the Old Town where secret areas and hidden stories await to be discovered.
