During this hands on lesson, we will share some traditional recipes we always seen in our families. Antipasti with a varietal of bruschette and cheese, meat ragù, handmade pasta, such as tagliatelle, and desserts are the dishes we will prepare and eat together. Our dinner cooking class starts at 5 PM on Tuesday and Friday, while the lunch cooking class begins at 10 AM on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Our classes lasts about 4 hours.
