I'll be happy to introduce Kyoto’s hidden culture and Kagai (‘Flower Town’Entertainment District) where Maiko and Geiko lives, while paying the greatest respect to the traditional culture of the district’s strict. We have saying "Ichigen-san Okotowari" which means even though Japanese people are not allowed to get in Ochaya for the first sight. Someone familiar with the place and has trust from them needs to introduce you. This is the reason why I take time for dinner with you and explain the details and culture before getting in Ochaya.
