When I had my gelato shop I've always wanted to educate my customers to the culture of gelato, and I've always desired to show them how gelato is made. Now that I don't have the shop anymore I still want to go on in my mission. Togheter we will prepare granita, gelato and sorbetto from raw ingredients, I will tell you about the professional procedures and the ones used in the home kitchen. You will learn also how to prepare gelato at home. At the end you will degustate your creations and learn how to recognize a good quality gelato.
