The history of the Taiani family winery began many years ago, initially with the construction of the agricultural building between 1820 and 1880, including the ancient cellar. In 1880 our great-grandfather, Lorenzo Basileo, started the cellar. These old and trusted methods continue today, including picking the grapes by hand. Located about 400 meters above sea level, the sloping terraces covered by traditional wooden pergolas show an environment in harmony with nature. The tasting begins at 18.30 with a visit to the vineyard and the cellars in the company of the third generation owner Elio to end with the lunch prepared by Maria (the owner's mother and exceptional chef), all illuminated by the stars and gently caressed by the moon.

Antonia Rastelli's agricultural company does located at the highest point of the Municipality of Sunsets on the Lattari Mountains. The family Rastelli produces cheese every day, with the milk of the cows from their own stable. The family manages the entire process from birth of calves up to milking and processing of raw milk, and takes care of it also marketing. There tasting includes a visit to the farm, the visit to the laboratory and the tasting of dairy specialties including: scamorza, caciotte, primo sale, burrini and caciocavalli Saint Francis.

The farm, reachable in 20 minutes, will be like an oasis in the desert. Chef Vincenzo and his wife Desiree will welcome you with enthusiasm. Set your mind to their slow approach to life and have the welcome drink on the terrace in the shade of lemon trees. Then, you’ll have a guided visit to their lemon groves where they cultivate “Sfusato di Amalfi”, a lemon with a unique shape and scent. In the organic garden, you’ll pick all the vegetables you need for the cooking class. The menu changes with the seasons, depending on what the land offers, and Chef Vincenzo will teach you how to create zero-waste recipes. The Apicella family has been cultivating the land for generations and until the early 1970s produced excellent table wine. The first vintage to be marketed is that of 1977, around 3000 bottles of Tramonti red wine, which kick off the Giuseppe Apicella winery and thirty years of success. Apicella is the historic brand of viticulture on the Amalfi Coast. The first to bottle the wine in Tramonti, a true agricultural lung and safeguard of the biodiversity of the territory, he has always balanced his production with a traditional and non-squealed style. The tasting begins with a visit to the historic pre-phylloxera A' Scippata family vineyard, a pergola 5 minutes away on foot from the cellar. Afterwards we continue with a visit to the cellar with an explanation of the production process, fermentation of red and white wines, stabilization and ageing.
