Nagma is a seasoned homecook who believes in serving her family tasty, healthy food prepared with natural ingredients. She grinds all of her spices and mills her own wheat flour for homemade flatbreads, such as chapati, roti, naan and puri. She even makes her own paneer (fresh cheese), ghee (clarified butter), dahi (yogurt) and butter at home! Using these natural, healthy ingredients Nagma will demonstrate how to make a few dishes and then you'll gather at her table to taste the homemade meal.
