We pick up from all hotels in the Bavaro - Punta Cana, Cabeza del Torro, Cap Cana and Uvero Alto.
No transportation surcharge is required for these hotel areas.
The pick up from the hotel comes from the hotel reception. You need to tell the reception staff which car will pick you up (I will write you in advance). If the hotel rules do not allow picking up from the reception, then the pickup will be from the main entrance to the hotel. Almost all hotels allow you to pick up from the reception. I will be in touch and will tell you everything in advance!
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
