The first part of your experience is the visit to the Pasta Museum, where an expert guide will show antique tools used for centuries to make fresh pasta and explain the fascinating history of Italian pasta making. Then it’s time for your hands-on pasta class in Florence. With the help of a professional instructor, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch using a rolling pin and simple ingredients. Knead the dough and prepare classic shapes such as ravioli, tortelli and fettuccine. After the cooking class, sit down and enjoy the pasta you prepared together in a convivial Italian-style meal. The experience also includes dessert and a wine tasting of five organic Tuscan wines from our family farm, produced from traditional native grape varieties.
