Marrakesh cooking class with chef Hassan - Local dishes

al market near our home to buy the fresh vegetables and ingredients needed for the class. We then head to our family home, just a few steps from the market. To begin, you'll learn how to prepare traditional Moroccan mint tea, which we'll enjoy together while getting to know each other. Next, we start with the dish that takes the longest to cook. While it simmers, we'll work together to prepare the remaining dishes. This hands-on approach lets you learn several authentic Moroccan recipes instead of just one. Our menu usually includes a variety of tagines, such as vegetable, chicken, beef, or kefta (meatball). We also offer couscous workshops, but please let us know in advance if you'd like to make couscous. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements. Once everything is ready, you'll enjoy the meal you've prepared. After the class, we'll send you the recipes for everything we cooked, along with many additional Moroccan recipes. Children aged 6 years and older are welcome to join our cooking class.
