Forest Wood Fired Sauna & Cold Water River Swim

Guests shall meet at topsham bridge TQ74DR near loddiswell. One hour prior to meeting i will have prepared the sauna and the lighting around the swimming and plunge pool area ready for immediate use. For the best sauna effect our Narvia 14kw heater is fuelled by kiln dried logs which are provided as part of the package. On meeting i shall complete a safety brief on how to get the most out of the whole sauna and cold water river swim / bathing experience. Ie operation of the sauna, sauna and swim multiple entries and resting periods. Map of the swim pool depth and safe resting areas etc. Non swimmers are more than welcome as the river is very sandy and shallow in places around the plunge pool, so bathers can still enter the water safely without having to swim. Next we shall drive to the forest location to start the wood fired sauna experience and bathe / swim right on the River Avon. This activity as described and instructed usually lasts around 2-2 1/2 hours.
