Under the guidance of the farmer’s family, you will learn the rhythmic art of kneading. understanding how patience and passion transform simple ingredients into “Pane" As the dough rises, we will share the story of family and land, offering you a window into a lifestyle rooted in the seasons. You will then learn the sacred and primal ritual of the wood fire oven: how to select the right wood, how to read the dancing flames, and how to prepare the stone hearth for the perfect bake.
