Please remember that our pickup radius is within 10 km of the historic center. If your hotel is outside this area, we can pick you up at the Sheraton Maria Isabel Hotel, which is our meeting point.

If you booked the full package, we will pick you up before 5:00 a.m. Upon arrival, we will check you in, show a safety video, and you will have time to enjoy coffee and cookies.

Please note that the pilot does not control the direction, as it is determined by the wind; they can only control the ascent and descent of the balloon. Remember that we will record your journey with a drone—don’t forget to wave!
