Hotel Pickup Information

Our driver will pick you up directly from your hotel, apartment, or designated meeting point in Krakow city center between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM.

Your exact pickup time will be confirmed by email one day before the tour, usually around 12:00 PM. Pickup times vary daily and depend on the entry schedule assigned by the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum.

Please bring a valid photo ID, passport, driving licence, or payment card. All entry tickets are issued individually and registered to each visitor, so identification may be required before entering the museum.

If your accommodation is not listed during booking, please leave a note with your address. We will arrange the most convenient pickup location for you.

Please note that the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum reserves the right to change the guided tour entry time, including changing morning visits to afternoon entry slots. In such cases, the tour schedule may be adjusted accordingly. This decision is made solely by the Museum and is beyond the tour operator's control.
