Our retreat takes place in over 1,000 acres of family-owned fields and woodlands, providing a truly secluded and peaceful environment. With no artificial noise or crowds, the only sounds you’ll hear are the songs of birds, the rustling of leaves, and the occasional flutter of butterflies. Depending on the season, we sometimes have sheep grazing , and there’s always a good chance of spotting deer in their natural habitat. This serene, untouched landscape creates the perfect backdrop for your yoga and soundbath experience, offering the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Enjoy some light refreshments and take a short, calming walk through the natural surroundings before we begin the yoga session. Energize and Restore: Yang to Yin Yoga Flow Our yoga session will kick off with energizing movements (Yang) to awaken your body and get your energy flowing. We’ll then transition into calming stretches and deep relaxation (Yin) to restore balance and bring a sense of calm. Set in the heart of nature, the sounds of birds and rustling trees will enhance your practice, leaving you feeling revitalized and centered. Nourishing Soundbath in Nature After yoga, unwind with a soothing soundbath led by Georgeana. Let the healing tones of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and percussion guide you into deep relaxation. Homemade Snacks & Fire Pit Finish the day by gathering around the firepit once more, where we’ll share a relaxed, communal experience. Roast homemade focaccia, halloumi, roasted potatoes, and tapas-style treats. Weatherproof Shelters: Our experience is weatherproof with two spacious shelters surrounded by wildflowers.
We will meet at 10 AM at Stonerocks Farm. You can park your car for free on the farm. I will display a bright yellow banner, so it's easy to find.
