In the heart of Valle d'Itria, in the countryside between the cities of Ostuni a
nd Cisternino, you will have the opportunity to taste a selection of organic wines, accompanied by km0 products, and visiting a state-of-the-art winery attentive to the environment. You will be welcomed by the winery team for the initial tasting of three wines glasses, paired with local products. Afterwards, the winery's oenologists will accompany you on an immersive experience, starting from the recovery of ancient grape varieties, to new methods of wine processing and storage.
