Learn about the wine and wine making process with the aid of a knowledgable guide, on a visit in a local cellar followed by a tasting of their wines. We then move onto a typical farmhouse, for a private gourmet food experience. You will be welcomed into the owner's home and shown his prized Balsamic vinegar cellar started by his father. Afterwhich you will have a homemade lunch on a terrace overlooking the Southern Val d'Orcia and onto the Monte Amiata. The lunch includes a tasting of Pecorino (sheep) cheese and of his olive oil. The meal will be composed of a homemade pasta, second course with side and a dessert combined with his Balsamic vinear. Note that the cost is not included, see excluded costs.
