Our guests often tell us it felt less like a class and more like an afternoon among old friends. In the refined charm of a 16th-century Venetian home, they cook, learn, laugh, and dine together—sharing not just food, but a true taste of Italian life. It's this blend of authenticity, warmth, and elegance that makes our experience unforgettable.
ng class led by one of our family chefs—Nicolò, Tommaso or Anthea. Guests work in brigade-style pairs at dedicated stations, sharing the craft while reducing food waste, just like in a professional kitchen. You will learn to prepare fresh pasta dough and tiramisù from scratch, with a hands-on approach focused on cold preparations. Due to the class timing, cooking and sauce-making are handled by us, but you are always welcome to follow us into the kitchen and discover our techniques up close. The experience includes welcome snacks, wine - 1 bottle every 3 guests, two pasta recipes, tiramisù, olive oil tasting with homemade focaccia, mineral water, espresso, a limoncello shot and digital recipe materials. Suitable for all skill levels, the class ends with a shared meal in a warm, authentic Venetian atmosphere.
