The Pizza and Gelato lesson is a group lesson where you will learn how to make traditional Neapolitan pizza using a wood-fire oven, gelato, and sorbet. The Chef will guide you through three dishes: appetizer, main course, and dessert. After the lesson, you will enjoy the meal along with a Tuscany Wine in our wine cellar.
o make authentic Neapolitan pizza in a wood fire oven, as well as artisanal gelato, and sorbet. Lessons are held in English, Spanish, and Italian directly by the Chef. Classes are scheduled: All year round only on Tuesday and starts at 4:30pm In this unique experience, you will work in a fully equipped kitchen, including a wood-fire oven and professional appliances, guided by an expert Chef.This course is followed by a dinner in our wine cellar. The lesson duration is approximately 2.5 hours including the dinner. Examples of possible menu: Pizza Gelato (one of the following): Vanilla, chocolate, stracciatella, cream, pistachio, etc. Sorbetto (one of the following): Pineapple, strawberry, lemon
Cooking lessons are held at Via dei Velluti, 20 r. Firenze, so close to Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti.
