Join him on an immersive food tour of the traditional Saint Antoine Market, where you'll select fresh and local produce for your gourmet cooking class. Mingle with local vendors and get to know your host and fellow guests, before making your way to Thierry's charming atelier for a traditional French cooking class and lunch. About your host Thierry: "I'm an easy-going cooking teacher and a passionate French chef. I like to meet and invite new people from all over the world. Please join me in my small restaurant, in a 15th-century building of Lyon." Chef Thierry works with a small team of trusted chefs who assist him during certain classes to ensure the same high-quality experience for all guests. Classes may occasionally be hosted by another member of Chef Thierry’s team but the experience will remain the exactly the same.
