Valbona to Theth following the ancient path that locals had used in years, were back in the days to travel from Valbona to Shkoder was possible only by walking and 2 full days were needed ! Walking in this path we will pass through the oldest part of the village when people are still leaving in their more than 100 years old stone towers. It offers a spectacular view of the long rocky valley mixed with quiet, relaxing forests and some traditional cafes for lunch break. Theth will amaze us with its unique nature, history and tradition. Its symbol, the “Lock in Tower” is a live proof of the past and history. Overnight in Theth.
Around 45 minutes walk from the center of the village the round to their pass through most of the village into soft hilly terrain. Living Theth behind and driving for around 3 hours we will reach Shkoder, the biggest city of the Albanian North.
