Visit the Heineken Experience with entry to the original brewery and a live presentation in English, with optional paid upgrades available.

Getting started

Arrive at the Heineken Experience in Amsterdam and have your ticket checked at the entrance. As the experience is strictly 18+, bring a valid ID. Once inside, follow the route through the former brewery and make your way through the different areas at your own pace.

What to expect

Walk through Heineken’s original Amsterdam brewery and learn about the brand’s history, brewing heritage, and production process through the exhibits and live presentation.

• Historic brewery visit: Follow the route through Heineken’s original brewery building, with exhibits and displays explaining the brand’s history and brewing process.

• Live English presentation: Attend a live presentation in English covering Heineken’s story and giving you a closer look at how the beer is brewed.

• Optional upgrades: Enhance your visit with one or two complimentary Heineken or soft drinks at the Heineken Bar, Heineken Rooftop access, a 1 hour Amsterdam canal cruise, multilingual audio guides in 19 languages, or glass top roof boats.

Wrapping up

Once you finish the Heineken Experience, you can continue with any selected upgrades, such as rooftop access or a 1 hour canal cruise. The additional options are paid upgrades and are not included with standard entry.
