Full-Day Hiking in Cappadocia

While we make our way down the valley I will explain the geological formation and historical importance of the valleys. There will be opportunities to try local fruits on the way. We will then enter Love Valley and explore the rock formations that gave this valley its fitting name. We will stop here for a break in a local coffee place with lots of character. Refreshed we will make our way to Red Valley to explore ancient churches, pigeon houses and caves. For lunch, you will receive a freshly prepared meal in a cafe with panoramic views. Restored we will then explore a medieval church with frescoes. The way then winds itself along the cliffs with fantastic views over Rose Valley. The colors of the rock formations will be glowing rose, red and yellow. After enjoying these stunning views we will head to Cavusin where we can see the remains of a rock castle and the oldest cave church dating from the 5th Century AD. We will conclude our hike there. You will be picked up by taxi from your hotel in the morning and dropped off there again once we have finished hiking. The total distance of the hike will be around 15km.
