You'll also learn all about the process of making handcrafted and organic chocolate.
In this tasting; you'll try the cocoa infusion, and our caramelized cocoa seeds, it's a unique flavor experience.
Moreover, you will be in a rustic and natural place, where you can see different species of birds and animals.
A first part is held in our cocoa organic plantation where the visitor can see the cocoa flower, the cocoa trees, the fermentation and sun-dried process of the cocoa beans. A second part is inside the Ranch where the visitor can roast and grind the cocoa beans; also the conching and refining process of the chocolate. At the end, the visitor can make his own chocolate bonbons. After the chocolate experience you will enjoy a costarican typical lunch.
