Our cook will teach you everything you need to know (techniques, raw materials, utensils, ingredients) about the preparation of handmade pasta at home and will also give you precious tips on preparing the sauce so that when you return home, you will enjoy your family or friends with a delicious Italian pasta dish. In the afternoon, our private tour guide will take us to see the capital city of Umbria, Perugia, a wonderful city with numerous monuments and places of interest: we will start from the underground Perugia under the Rocca Paolina to learn the details of the ancient city, and then we will visit Corso Vannucci, the main street of the historic center and the place where the main events of the city take place, with all the buildings and monuments of greatest historical, artistic, architectural and cultural interest.

Perugia is known to the art world as the center of the Umbrian School of Painting in the 15th and 16th centuries and its leading members, Perugino and Pinturicchio, worked here. The young Raphael worked in Perugino's studio until 1504. You'll find their works in Perugia's churches and public buildings.
