Uluru BBQ Dinner Under the Stars

Set among red sand dunes and desert oak trees, the location offers a peaceful desert atmosphere. Positioned away from resort lighting, the site provides excellent opportunities to view the southern night sky (weather permitting). Upon arrival, enjoy a selection of Australian meats and fresh salads, accompanied by a glass of wine, beer, or orange juice (menu items subject to change). After dinner, dessert is served with tea and coffee. Following the meal, your guide will lead a guided stargazing experience, highlighting visible constellations using a high-powered spotlight (weather permitting). You will also hear traditional Aboriginal stories connected to the stars before returning to Ayers Rock Resort. Special dietary requirements must be advised before 2:00pm on the day of the tour.
