at represent Maine fisheries and aquaculture industries - seaweed, fish, shellfish and even sea salt are all on the menu. Feeling thirsty? A curated local beverage flight (mead, craft beer, wine) designed to pair with the tasting menu is available for purchase on-site for guests ages 21+. Note: This activity typically takes place at a high-top table in our Tasting Room. If you require access to a standard dining-height table for this activity, please text or call us at the number listed in advance of your activity time to let us know. If we don't pick up, please leave a voicemail with your request! Additionally, this tasting may contain gluten, soy, milk, wheat, eggs, sesame and any other major allergens. Heading north on Route 1, turn left onto Old Bath Rd at the large business sign. The entrance to our parking lot will be immediately on your right after the turn. Park in our lot and head to the Tasting Room building. When you arrive, please check in with the staff at the bar.
