At 12.00 pm: “a massara e u massaru” will brighten the day with songs and “cunti” (tales) with tastings of typical products at km / 0 with a proposal to the farmer. 2.00 pm: excursion to the Zungri Caves, visit to the cave of Our Lady of Lourdes and the painted portals through the historic center of Zungri (optional activities, about 400m away). 3.30 pm approximately return. d to the rural cult of homemade pasta as it was once done with doses "without scales". the farmers returning from work in the fields I returned and while all together they were busy preparing lunch one of them exclaimed: "we make fresh pasta according to our customs and recreate ourselves all together!". They were then activated for the convivial lunch, all participants, with a lot of joy without feeling fatigue, so little to be happy! This experiential training project aims to enhance local food. thus following the style of the Mediterranean Diet using flours and ancient derivatives. The heart of the day takes place with native songs and dances and reaches its climax with the tasting of pasta and other "peasant flavors" at zero kilometers. For those who wish, an excursion will be organized at the cave settlement of the Zungri Caves with a visit to the Museum of Rural and Peasant Civilization, an exhibition of sculptures and paintings made by Master Zappino and a visit to the portals, paintings by artists in the small historic village...
