Seamless activation
• Once you buy the Chicago CityPASS®, your pass will be emailed to you. You can use it digitally or print a hard copy to carry around.
• Download the My CityPASS® app to easily make reservations for attractions, and find details like operating hours, locations, special offers, and more.
• For popular spots like river cruises or observation decks, reserve ahead using the links in the app for the best availability.
• Scan your QR code directly from your phone (or printed pass) at each location for quick, paperless entry.
Validity
• After activation: Once you've visited your first attraction, you will have 9 consecutive days to visit the remaining selected ones.
• Before activation: Non-activated passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
