Then make your way to the Bahorok River to begin the most exciting part of the journey: river tubing. Sit on large rubber tubes tied together and float downstream through stunning jungle scenery, with lush rainforest lining both sides of the river. This relaxing yet thrilling activity is one of the most memorable highlights of the entire trek. The river tubing finishes back in Bukit Lawang village around 12:00 to 01:00 PM, near your accommodation.
