The most common species you'll encounter are sperm whales and killer whales (orcas), though there are also opportunities to see porpoises and hourglass dolphins.
Join us on an exciting adventure as we explore the Fjord in search of whales. If you're lucky, you may witness the breathtaking sight of hourglass dolphins swimming wildly in the sea, and have the incredible opportunity to see wild whales up close.
These majestic creatures follow schools of fish such as herring, capelin, and mackerel. Young whales are often playful and curious, offering incredible sightings. However, whale presence depends on the availability of fish, which varies daily and unpredictably.
