Live a daily a combination of yoga, meditation, and the equine yoga lifestyle, all while surrounded by the natural beauty of a permaculture, jungle horse farm. Each day will begin with a guided meditation followed by a yoga class in a beautiful Yoga Shala surrounded by pure jungle, living amongst monkeys and all types of birds. Later in the day you'll have the opportunity to work with horses in a variety of ways, including: Meditation & Pranayama Sharing Space, Mindfulness Meditation, Chakra Balancing, Sound Healing Crystal Bowls, Pranic Connection, Breath Connection with Riding, Connection at Liberty with Mutual Trust & Respect, Japa Chanting Mantras & Mudras, Ground Yoga with Horses at Liberty, Mounted Yoga & Swimming with horses on beach. First you'll need to arrive to Puerto Viejo with your choice of transportation (we will help you with that), from there one of Taxi friends will come and get you where you are and bring you to our community of Caribe Colorado, right to Kindred Spirits Lodge.
