Led by Kenmare's local studio photographer Nick Cavanagh, our small-group tour offers you a photographer's perspective, allowing you to improve your skills in the best locations.
During the 3 hours, we unveil the lesser visited areas around Kenmare and share essential techniques to empower you to capture remarkable photographs.
Nick will guide you through each shot, provide instruction, and offer valuable feedback on composition and camera settings. During the workshop, we can help you move from Automatic to Manual mode, unlocking the full potential of your camera. All you need to bring are your best camera and comfortable walking shoes.
Our small group tours are suitable for 1-3 people and (non-photographers are welcome to join the experience).
Gleninchaquin Park, Tuosist, Ireland
Uragh Stone circle sits in the valley beneath Gleninchaquin Falls . The circle dates back to the Bronze age.

The stone beach looks west along the peninsula. An ideal opportunity to create a wide angle skyscape with the mountains of Kerry sitting in the background.
There are 100,000 images yet to be taken here. We'll stop for refreshments and a slice of homemade cake.

The Healy Pass connects counties Kerry and Cork. The pass is a feat of impressive engineering, winding back and forth as it sits below. The valley is a perfect place to create a super high resolution panorama.
It's the final stop of our mini tour before returning to Kenmare. The Bar is a perfect place to revisit our images and chat through.
