Depart from the DCT Responsible Travel office at 17 Cau Go at 6:30 AM following the direction of Thanh Son, Phu Tho. After 2.5 hours, you will have a break at the tea plantation of Thanh Son where you will have a chance to take some beautiful pictures.

Once arrived in Khau Pha, Mu Cang Chai at 12:30 AM, you will be welcomed by a Black Thai family who is your host during this trip. Lunch then have a rest at homestay. In the afternoon, you will attend a 60-minute Nidra yoga class. This experience helps you to release tension or stress and to relax your body, brings you a state of harmony and a profound sense of peace. The one-hour Nidra yoga usually helps people to recharge their energy equal to three-hour sleep.

After that is your me-time, you can also enjoy walking around the village, meeting the locals, and playing with children by the stream. Dinner at 6:30 PM. After dinner, it’s time for the group to get to know each other better through circle connection with the moderation of Sivakami Chaitanya and Lam Dang. They will introduce to the group how to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle following classical Yoga, the benefit of yoga practice, and the wellness retreat. The next day starts with a morning Yoga class at 5:30 AM. Early morning is the ideal time to wake up your body and mind and absorb the positive energy from the sun in the fresh air of the valley. Today is also the most active day of the whole trip and also gives you a chance to fully enjoy the peaceful life of the locals.

After breakfast at the homestay, let's discover this incredible land better and connect with nature through a half-day trekking tour to the Huoi Tieng Qoai bamboo forest. Under the guidance of Thai ethnic guide, you will stroll out through hidden villages, following pathways leading to the forest. On the way, there are many great viewpoints that give you splendid views of the whole valley which is covered by rice terraces. Your lunch today is prepared as a picnic by the stream or at a local family living in the deep mountains.

In the afternoon, you will continue to walk down to the valley and stop over at a H’mong family. Here, your mind will be again relaxed when you completely concentrate on the H'mong batik experience. After that, this family will help you to dye your drawing by indigo and you can take it back home as a gift for your friends and family. After dinner, soak your feet in hot herbal water to help your foot relax after a long day of walking. Light out at 10:00 PM.

Wake up at 5:30 AM and move to Le Champ Tu Le resort for a mineral hot spring. After lunch, farewell to your host and Khau Pha to come back to Hanoi. The trip is expected to finish at 6 PM.
